Draw Stats Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy explains how Draw Stats handles personal data and creative activity data. The service processes account identifiers, email address, display name, profile settings, social links, software preferences, device/session status, drawing operation metrics, artwork metadata, visibility settings, support messages, store entitlement status, and optional screenshots when you enable screenshot features. We use this data to provide account access, record and aggregate drawing statistics, display dashboards and rankings according to your settings, enforce plan limits, synchronize purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and communicate service or support information. We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, storage, store, payment, and support providers only as needed to operate Draw Stats. Public profile, artwork, ranking, and gallery information is shown only according to the visibility controls available in the service. Private artwork and private metrics are intended to remain limited to the account owner and authorized operational roles. We retain account, billing, entitlement, audit, and aggregate data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Raw event and screenshot retention follows the limits documented in the service configuration and the user's plan. You may request help with account access, correction, export, deletion, or privacy questions through the support contact published in the service. Draw Stats uses technical and organizational safeguards such as authenticated access, role checks, transport security, least-privilege operational access, and secret management practices. No online service can be made perfectly secure, but we design the service to fail closed when core identity, entitlement, or persistence checks are unavailable.
