Draw Stats Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Draw Stats, a service that records drawing activity, shows creator statistics, and provides account, ranking, and subscription features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful creative work, to keep your account credentials secure, and to avoid uploading or sharing content that infringes another person's rights.

You retain ownership of artwork and metadata you provide. You grant Draw Stats the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content according to your visibility settings and service choices. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights needed for any artwork, screenshots, links, or profile content you publish.

Draw Stats may collect operation counts, timestamps, device/session status, artwork identifiers, and optional screenshots or profile data so the service can calculate statistics, timelines, rankings, plan limits, and support diagnostics. Paid features are delivered through supported store or billing providers. Store purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are also subject to the applicable provider terms.

We may suspend access, remove content, or restrict features when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or operate the service. The service is provided without a guarantee that every metric is complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draw Stats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
