Draw Stats Cancellation and Refund Guide This provisional guide explains how cancellations and refunds are handled while the final reviewed refund and cancellation policy is being prepared. Paid Draw Stats features are purchased through supported store or billing providers. Subscription cancellation, renewal management, refund eligibility, and refund timing are primarily governed by the provider that processed the purchase. If you purchased through the Mac App Store, Microsoft Store, or another supported store, use that store account to manage renewal and request any refund available under the store's rules. Draw Stats can synchronize entitlement status after the store reports a cancellation, refund, expiration, grace period, or revocation, but Draw Stats cannot guarantee that a store will approve a refund. If a purchase or entitlement looks incorrect, contact support with the store, product, approximate purchase time, and account email. Do not send full payment card numbers or passwords. Support may ask you to re-run store synchronization or provide a store receipt reference so the account state can be checked. Before Draw Stats directs a signed-in paid account to cancellation guidance, the service asks the user to acknowledge that cancellation can return the account to Free limits. If the account has more active artworks than the Free artwork limit, the over-limit artworks may be scheduled for deletion after the documented retention and support window. This acknowledgement is recorded for support and audit review, and cancellation should not be treated as consent unless that notice has been shown. This guide is temporary and will be replaced by a legally reviewed cancellation and refund policy before broad public launch.
